Medical Rubber Products realizes to maintain a competitive edge and meeting challenge, we strive to master and implement up-to-date manufacturing methods.  With our outstanding reputation for product reliability and services, our engineering and technical team uses CAD systems for product development and tooling. To ensure smooth processes, our facilities are capable of processes:

• Hydraulic and Injection Presses range from 100 to 350 tons

• Platen sizes ranging from (400mm x 400mm) to (1000mm x 1000mm)

• Injection Moulding

• Extrusion

• Latex Dipping

• Metal Rubber Bonding

• Transfer Moulding

To keep abreast of profitable product quality, we are also equipped with specialized equipment that is capable of performing a range of test on products such as:

• Tensile strength

• Elongation

• Modulus of elasticity

• Specific Gravity

• Rheometer (user for testing rubber property, vulcanization characteristics)

• Mooney Meter - Used to evaluate viscosity, relaxation and scorch of incoming materials prior to moulding.

Medical Rubber Products also conducts full test facilities within labs that are approved by Rubber Research Institute of Malaysia(RRIM).
